Report Content Resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Alior Bank S.A. on themethod of distribution of the Bank's profit for 2023

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (the _quot;Bank_quot;) hereby informs thatthe Annual General Meeting of the Bank on April 26, 2024, adoptedResolution No. 8/2024 on the method of distribution of the Bank's profitfor the financial year 2023.

According to the Resolution:

1. The Bank's net profit from operations in the financial year 2023, inthe total amount of PLN 1,987,444,136.08 (in words: one billion ninehundred eighty seven million four hundred forty four thousand onehundred thirty six zloty and 8/100), will be allocated as follows:

1) allocation of part of the profit in the amount of PLN 577,048,640.22(in words: five hundred seventy seven million forty eight thousand sixhundred forty zloty and 22/100) for dividend payout,

2) allocation of the remaining part of the profit in the amount of PLN1,410,395,495.86 (in words: one billion four hundred ten million threehundred ninety five thousand four hundred ninety five zloty and 86/100)for supplementary capital, including the non-distributable profitachieved on the activities of the Housing Fund in the amount of PLN17,427,487.36 (in words: seventeen million four hundred twenty seventhousand four hundred eighty seven zloty and 36/100).

2. The dividend per share is PLN 4.42 (in words: four zlotys and 42/100).

3. The dividend record date is set for May 10, 2024.

4. The dividend payment date is set for May 24, 2024.

The number of the Bank's shares covered by the dividend is 130,553,991.
