Report Content Changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board of Alior Bank S.A.
The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;) hereby informs that theAnnual General Meeting convened on April 26, 2024, dismissed from theBank's Supervisory Board:
1. Mr. Ernest Gerard Bejda,
2. Mr. Paweł Wojciech Knop,
3. Ms. Małgorzata Erlich - Smurzyńska,
4. Mr. Jacek Kij,
5. Mr. Marek Pietrzak,
6. Mr. Dominik Mikołaj Witek.
In addition, the Annual General Meeting of the Bank, taking into accountthe assessment of compliance with the requirements of adequacy,appointed the following Members of the Supervisory Board of the Bank fora joint term of office covering the 4 (four) full financial years2025-2028, specifying that the first full financial year of the term is2025:
1. Mr. Artur Chołody from April 27, 2024, on the condition of effectiveresignation from the functions listed in the statement made by him onApril 25, 2024.
2. Mr. Radosław Grabowski,
3. Mr. Maciej Gutowski,
4. Mr. Artur Kucharski,
5. Mr. Jarosław Mastalerz,
6. Mr. Jan Zimowicz.
Resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of the Bank on changes in thecomposition of the Supervisory Board entered into force at the time ofadoption.
According to the submitted statements, the appointed Members of theBank's Supervisory Board do not perform any activity competitive to theBank, and do not participate in competitive entities as partners incivil or personal partnerships, or as members of corporate bodies orother competitive legal entities.
Moreover, according to the submitted statement, the appointed Members ofthe Bank's Supervisory Board are not registered in the Register ofInsolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the provisions of the KRSNational Court Register Act of August 20, 1997.

Legal basis: § 5 section 4) and section 5) of the Regulation of theMinister of Finance of March 29, 2018, on current and periodicinformation published by issuers of securities and conditions forrecognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of anon-member state.
