Report Content Announcement of the adjournment in the Annual General Meeting and thecontent of the resolutions adopted until the adjournment

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (the _quot;Bank_quot;) hereby informs thatthe Annual General Meeting of the Bank convened for April 26, 2024,adopted a resolution to announce an adjournment in the proceeding of theAnnual General Meeting of the Bank. The meeting will be resumed on May24, 2024, at 12.00 p.m. at the headquarter of Alior Bank S.A., ul.Łopuszańska 38C, 02-232 Warsaw, on the first floor in the Training andRecruitment Center.

The Bank informs that none of the items on the agenda were abandoneduntil the adjournment was announced and that no objections were raisedto the minutes related to the adopted resolutions.

All resolutions adopted until the adjournment are attached to thiscurrent report.

Item 5), 6), 7), 9) of the Regulation of theMinister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodicinformation to be published by issuers of securities and the conditionsfor recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of anon-member state (Journal of Laws 2018, item 757).
