Content:

Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. (_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;Issuer_quot;) informs thaton May 8th, 2024, it received information about the conclusion ofagreements by the subsidiary companies Arctic Paper Grycksbo AB andArctic Paper Munkedal AB with S.E.R. Sverige AB, regarding theinstallation and connection to the power grid in both Swedish papermills of battery electricity storage systems with a total capacity of 24MW and the provision of system services to the Swedish operator of theelectricity transmission system - Svenska Kraftn_#228;t.

The agreements were concluded for a period of 15 years, and theestimated impact on the annual consolidated EBITDA of the Issuer's groupis estimated to SEK 10-30 million annually for the first two years ofoperation starting 2025.
