Notice of Dividend Amount • May 9, 2024

Report Content Management Board of Rawlplug S.A. based in Wrocław (_quot;Company_quot;) informsthat on May 8, 2024, it adopted a resolution to submit to the OrdinaryGeneral Meeting an application for the distribution of the Company's netprofit for 2023 in the amount of PLN 47,477,331.51 and the payment ofdividend.

In accordance with the adopted resolution, the Management Boardrecommends the payment of a dividend to the Company's shareholders inthe amount of PLN 12,423,760.40, i.e. PLN 0.40 per share.

The dividend will cover 31,059,401 shares.

The remaining part of the net profit for 2023 will be allocated toincreasing the Company's supplementary capital in the amount of PLN35,053,571.11.

Moreover, the Company's Management Board recommends setting the dividenddate on August 14, 2024 and dividend payment on August 29, 2024.

The recommendation of the Company's Management Board will be consideredby the Company's Supervisory Board. The final decision on thedistribution of profit for 2023 and the payment of dividend will be madeby the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company.
