Description of the event

Last year we submitted a notification of major holdings to Tauron Polska Energia and the polish regulator as at 30th November 2023 upon crossing the 5% reportable threshold for the total of our cash (1.7538%) and swap (3.281%) holdings combined. On 9th May 2024, the swap component of our total holding has crossed 5% reportable threshold (5.001%), therefore our total holding is currently 7.287% (2.286% in cash and 5.001% in swap).
