Report Content With reference to the ESPI report 2/2024 of February13, 2024 (and its correction 2/2024/K of March 28, 2024), the Company'sManagement Board informs that on May 13, 2024, had submitted to theDistrict Court for the Capital City of Warsaw an application forapproval of the arrangement. The submission of the application is theresult of a positive vote of creditors on the proposed arrangementproposals (79,7% of all valid votes were cast _quot;in favor of thearrangement_quot;).The Company will inform about the results of the Court'sconsideration of the application in an appropriate report.
