Subject: Estimated financial and operational data of the Energa Groupfor Q1 2024

The Management Board of Energa SA hereby reports estimated selectedfinancial and operational data of the Energa Group ("Group") for thefirst quarter of 2024.

Estimated selected data for Q1 2024:

Revenues of the Group: PLN 6,254 million (vs. PLN 7,423 million in Q12023).

EBITDA of the Group: PLN 1,081 million (vs. PLN 2,331 million in Q12023).

Operating result (EBIT) of the Group: PLN 774 million (vs. PLN 2,041million in Q1 2023).

Net profit of the Group: PLN 431 million (vs. PLN 1,571 million in Q12023).

CAPEX of the Group: PLN 759 million (vs. PLN 713 million in Q1 2023).

Distribution of electricity: 6,105 GWh (vs. 5,828 GWh in Q1 2023).

Gross production of electricity: 870 GWh (vs. 1,009 GWh in Q1 2023).

Retail sales of electricity: 4,605 GWh (vs. 4,583 GWh in Q1 2023).

In Q1 2024, the Energa Group generated PLN 1,081 million in EBITDA(operating profit before amortization and impairment of non-financialnon-current assets). This result was mainly influenced by the results ofthe Distribution Business Line in the amount of PLN 949 million. In theGeneration Business Line, the EBITDA result amounted to PLN 183 million,while the Sales Business Line generated the EBITDA loss of PLN 29million.
