The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;PGE_quot;) discloses that on May 20, 2024 the Supervisory Boardof PGE adopted resolution on appointment of Mr Maciej Górski to theManagement Board of the twelfth term of office as from June 24, 2024 andentrusting him the position of the Vice-President for Operations.

Other information, required pursuant to § 10 of the Regulation of thePolish Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodicinformation published by issuers of securities and on conditions underwhich such information may be recognized as being equivalent toinformation required by the regulations of law of a state which is not amember state (Dziennik Ustaw of 2018, item 757), will be submitted bythe Company in a separate report.
