NOTICE OF CONVENING THEORDINARY GENERAL MEETING OF VIGO PHOTONICS S.A. WITH REGISTERED OFFICEIN OŻARÓW MAZOWIECKI AS OF JUNE 17, 2024.

TheIssuer informs that by mistake it did not join the above-mentionedreport on the Remuneration Policy for Members of the Management Boardand Supervisory Board of VIGO Photonics S.A. with its registered officein Ożarów Mazowiecki and the Report of an independent auditor on theperformance of the attestation service providing reasonable certainty inthe assessment of the remuneration report of VIGO Photonics S.A. for2023.

Inconnection with the above, the Issuer's Management Board is attachingthe following documents regarding the Ordinary General Meeting of VIGOPhotonics S.A. with its registered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki convenedon June 17, 2024: Remuneration policy for Members of the ManagementBoard and Supervisory Board of VIGO Photonics S.A. with its registeredoffice in Ożarów Mazowiecki and the Report of an independent auditor onthe provision of an attestation service providing reasonable certaintyin the assessment of the remuneration report of VIGO Photonics S.A. for2023.
