The Management Board of Agora S.A. with itsregistered office in Warsaw ("Company", "Agora"), referring to theCompany's regulatory filings Nos. 11/2023 of February 27, 2023 and36/2023 of November 30, 2023, hereby informs that the Company decided toexercise, pursuant to the provisions of the Shareholders' Agreement ofFebruary 20, 2019 concluded by the Company with SFS Ventures with itsseat in Prague ("SFS Ventures") as amended by annexes, in particularAnnex No. 6 of February 27, 2023 and Annex No. 14 of November 30, 2023("Agreement"), option to purchase form SFS Ventures 490 shares in theshare capital of Eurozet constituting 49%_#160;ofthe share capital and 49% of the total number of votes at the Eurozet_#160;shareholders'meeting ("Call Option 2").

Simultaneously, the Company, in compliance withprovisions of the Agreement, has submitted to SFS Ventures the CallOption 2 request.

The Company shall inform of conclusion of the sharepurchase agreement in a separate regulatory filing.
