Subject: Supplementary information on the person appointed to theposition of Member of the Management Board of Energa SA -supplementation of the current report No. 24/2024

The Management Board of Energa SA (the _quot;Company_quot;) hereby providesinformation on the Member of the Management Board of the Companyappointed on 22 May 2024 by the Supervisory Board of the Company to theManagement Board of the 7th term of office of Energa SA as of 1 June2024.

Mr. Piotr Szymanek - Vice-President of the Management Board of Energa SA

Mr. Piotr Szymanek graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administrationat the University of Warsaw, is a legal counsel and completedpostgraduate studies in Company Management on the European Market at theWarsaw School of Economics. He is a manager with extensive experience inmanagement and consolidation of enterprises, including energy companies.He began his professional career as a sales coordinator at the Foto Word(representative office of Kodak in Poland), then worked as a legalcounsel at Polski Bank Inwestycyjny SA and PZU SA, serving the company'sIT division. He was a Director of the Legal Division at Bank WspółpracyEuropejskiej and Polskie Sieci Energetyczne. From 2008 to 2013, heserved as Vice President and Acting President of Polska GrupaEnergetyczna SA where he was in charge of the group's consolidation (thelargest on the energy market) and listing the company on the WarsawStock Exchange. In 2013, he obtained a final environmental decisionallowing to start the construction of a new power unit at the Opolepower plant. Then, until 2016, he served as a Management Board member atKrajowa Spółka Cukrowa SA, where he was responsible for strategy andsocial dialogue. He also run his own legal practice serving majorplayers in the financial and construction sectors. Since 2019, he hasworked as a legal counsel for the Marshal's Office of MazowieckieVoivodship, serving the Department of Corporate Governance andInvestments and Department of Digitalization. He handled key litigationfor the Mazowieckie Voivodship Office. He served as a member andchairman of the Supervisory Boards of large companies in the energy,food and medical sectors: PGE SA, PGE GIEK SA, PGE OBRÓT SA, StoisławSA, Voivodship Hospital in Siedlce, ENEA SA and liquidator of theMazovia Administration Center.

Mr Piotr Szymanek is not engaged in any activities competitive to thebusiness of Energa SA, does not participate in a company competitive toEnerga SA as a partner of a civil law partnership, a partnership or as amember of a capital company body and does not participate in any othercompetitive legal person as a member of its corporate bodies as well ashe is not listed in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained underthe National Register Court Act.
