Report Content Dividend for 2023

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. ("the Company") herebyannounces that on 7 June 2024 the Ordinary General Meeting of theCompany adopted a resolution on the dividend payout in the amount of PLN300 000 000.00, representing PLN 1.50 per share.

The Ordinary General Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. set the following:

1) a dividend date at 28 June 2024,

2) a dividend payment date at 16 July 2024.

All of the shares of the Company, i.e. 200 000 000, are covered by thedividend.
