Board of Directors members of IPKO Telecommunications LLC entered into the Kosova Business Registration Agency

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., hereby publishes the following notification:

In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kosovo, the newly established Board of Directors of IPKO Telecommunications LLC was entered into the Kosova Business Registration Agency on 23 May 2025. The mandate for the new members of the Board of Directors commenced on this date.

This announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
