The Company announces that on 30 May 2025, Tilford Holdings Limited, a Person Closely Associated (" PCA ") of Steven Peter Windsor, acquired 70,400 ordinary shares in the Company (" Ordinary Shares "). 

The Notification of Dealing Form can be found below and is made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation, provides further detail of this acquisition.

Following this acquisition, Steven Peter Windsor does not hold any Ordinary Shares in the Company and his PCAs hold 921,514 Ordinary Shares in the Company. Together, Steven Peter Windsor and his PCAs now hold a total of 921,514 Ordinary Shares in the Company which represents 0.23% of the Company's issued share capital.
