Report Content The Management Board of Rawlplug S.A. [the 'Company'] announces thattoday, i.e. on 20 June 2024,the Ordinary General Meeting of theCompany adopted a resolution to pay a dividend from the Company's netprofit for 2023.

In accordance with the adopted resolution, the Ordinary General Meetingdetermined the payment of dividend in the amount of PLN 12,423,760.40(in words: twelve million four hundred twenty-three thousand sevenhundred sixty zlotys forty groszy), i.e. the amount of PLN 0.40 (inwords: forty groszy) per 1 (one) share.

The dividend will cover 31,059,401 shares.

The Ordinary General Meeting of the Company determined:

a. the date to establish the right to the dividend for August 14, 2024,

b. dividend payment date for August 29, 2024.
