Report Content Appointment of the Vice-President for Finance

The Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. (the_quot;Company_quot;, _quot;PGE_quot;) discloses that on June 24, 2024 the Supervisory Boardof PGE adopted resolution on appointment of Mr Przemysław Jastrzębski tothe Management Board of the twelfth term of office as from July 15, 2024and entrusting him the position of the Vice-President for Finance.

Other information, required pursuant to § 10 of the Regulation of thePolish Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodicinformation published by issuers of securities and on conditions underwhich such information may be recognized as being equivalent toinformation required by the regulations of law of a state which is not amember state (Dziennik Ustaw of 2018, item 757), will be submitted bythe Company in a separate report.
