Report Content Decision of the Ordinary General Meeting of ORLEN S.A. regarding dividend payment for 2023Regulatory announcement no 41/2024 dated 25 June 2024ORLEN S.A. ("Company") announces that the Ordinary General Meeting of ORLEN S.A. as of 25 June 2024, having previously examined the motion of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board's endorsement, decided to divide ORLEN's net profit for 2023 in the amount of PLN 21 215 917 147,93 in the following way:- the amount of PLN 4 817 909 503,35 - for the dividend payment (PLN 4,15 per share),- the remaining amount of PLN 16 398 007 644,58 - for the Company's supplementary capital.The Ordinary General Meeting of ORLEN determined:- 20 September 2024 as the dividend day and- 20 December 2024 as the dividend payment date.All Company's shares are covered by the dividend payout (1 160 942 049 shares).
