Katarzyna Szwarc

Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw (summa cum laudae), IESE Business School University of Navarra - Advanced Management Program and Postgraduate Studies in Law and Capital Market Economics at the Warsaw School of Economics.

Legal Advisor registered in the list of Legal Advisors kept by the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Warsaw. Performs her profession in the form of individual business activity.

She started her professional activity in the Group of Companies of the Mint of Poland performing corporate governance tasks over subsidiaries and providing corporate services to the bodies of the Mint of Poland and its subsidiaries. From 2006 to 2007, she served as a Legal Specialist, and then, from 2007 to 2010, as Head of the Legal Department. From 2010 to 2018, she was Director of the Legal Department of the Mint of Poland S.A. From 2016 to 2022, she managed legal services for the Netia S.A. Group. From March 2008 to April 2009 and from December 2009 to April 2013, she served as Secretary of the Supervisory Board of Centrum Nowoczesnych Technologii S.A., based in Sosnowiec (formerly Energopol Pohudnie S.A.).

Since March 2008, she has served as Secretary, and since June 2018 as Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of NEWAG S.A. From 2013 to 2020, she served as a Member of the Supervisory Board of Fundusz Inwestycji Polskich Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., based in Warsaw. From 2007- 2022, she served as Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of CD Projekt S.A., additionally from 2017-2022 she served as a Member of the Audit Committee of the Supervisory Board of CD Projekt S.A. From 2015-2022, she served as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and Member of the Audit Committee of SOHO Development S.A.

Current functions: Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Rockbridge Towarzystwo Funduszy Inwestycyjnych S.A., based in Warsaw, Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board of CD Projekt S.A., based in Warsaw, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of NEWAG S.A., based in Nowy Sacz.
