Piotr Prażmo is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology, where he graduated in 1996 from the Faculty of Technical Physics and Applied Mathematics, majoring in Information Technology.

In addition, in 1997 he obtained an MBA from the Warsaw University of Technology Business School (a joint venture between Warsaw University of Technology, London Business School, HEC School of Management Paris and Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration).

In 2021 he completed postgraduate studies in Business.AI: Technology, Law, Application of Artificial Intelligence at the Leon Koźmiński Academy in Warsaw.

He has been a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) since 2002, certificate no. 0290041, and was awarded the title of FCCA (Fellow of the Association) in 2007.

He has completed a number of courses in capital market, management, accounting and finance, among others:

• − "Securities Broker" and "Investment Advisor" organized by the Association of Brokers and Advisors;
• − "The Advanced Management Programme" organized by Hult Ashridge Business School.

From 1997 to 2007, he worked at Deloitte in the Audit Department, including the years 2003- 2005 in the New York office of Deloitte & Touche LLP.

Since September 2007, he has been a Member of the Management Board, Chief Financial Officer responsible for the areas of operations and finance, IT and risk and compliance at Erste Securities Polska S.A., and since January 2024 he has been Vice-President of the Management Board.

He has been a member of the Council of the Chamber of Brokerage Houses (IDM) since 2011 and its Chairman since June 2014. From 2011 to 2014, he worked with the Institute of Accounting and Taxation as a juror of "The Best Annual Report" competition.

From 2017 to 2024, he was the Chairman of the Program Board of the 17th -24th edition of the Capital Market Conference organized by the Chamber of Brokerage Houses.

From 2017 to 2020, he was an Independent Member of the Exchange Supervisory Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, serving as Secretary of the Exchange Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee, and was also a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and the Regulation and Corporate Governance Committee.

Since February 2024, he is an Independent Member of the Exchange Supervisory Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, member of the Audit Committee, member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee and member the Strategy Committee.

Since 2023, he has been a member of The Association of Independent Non-Executive Directors.
