In relation to the following reports: no. 22/2024 of 23 May 2024 and no.25/2024 of 11 June 2024 the Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;)informs that on 27 June 2024 the issue of bonds series O with ISIN no.PLALIOR00276 (_quot;Bonds_quot;) issued by the Bank was settled. All the Bondstotaling PLN 550,000,000 (in words: five hundred and fifty millionzlotys) were taken up by the investors on the terms specified in currentreport no. 25/2024 of 11 June 2024.
