Report Content Current Report No. 22/2024Date: 27 June 2024Legal basis of thereport: Article 70.3 of the Act on Public Offering - GSM list over 5% ofvoteTopic: List of shareholders holding at least 5% of the number ofvotes at the Ordinary General Meeting of the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 27June 2024Content:The Warsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW") informsthat the shareholders present at the GPW Ordinary General Meeting on 27June 2024 ("GPW OGM") jointly held 42,121,461 votes.Theshareholder which held at least 5% of votes at GPW OGM were:- theState Treasury, which held 29,390,940 votes equal to 69.78% of votes atthe GPW OGM and 51.80% of the total vote.- Allianz Polska OFE, whichheld 2,242,998 vote equal to 5.33% of votes at the GPW OGM and 3.95% ofthe total vote.The total number of shares issued by the WarsawStock Exchange is 41,972,000 and the number of votes conferred by theshares is 56,744,470.Legal basis: Article 70.3 of the Act onPublic Offering, Conditions Governing the Introduction of FinancialInstruments to Organised Trading, and Public Companies of 29 July 2005.
