Report Content Obtaining a license by the Issuer

The Management Board of VIGO Photonics S.A. with itsregistered office in Ożarów Mazowiecki (hereinafter referred to as the_quot;Issuer_quot;), hereby informs that today, i.e. on June 28, 2024, it receiveda license granted by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administrationto conduct business activities in the scope of:

- manufacturing types of ammunition (without fillingwith explosives) specified in paragraphs 13 - 30 - Part III Types ofweapons and ammunition - BA of the annex to the Regulation of theCouncil of Ministers of September 17, 2019 on the classification oftypes of explosives, weapons, ammunition and products and technologiesfor military or police purposes, the production or trade of whichrequires obtaining a license (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1888,hereinafter referred to as the _quot;Regulation_quot;); - manufacturing ofproducts for military or police purposes specified in items: WT III - WTV (elements, components, components, equipment), WT II, _#8203;_#8203;WT VI - WTXII, WT XIII sec. 1 - 2 and WT XIV sec. 1 - 4 and sec. 8 - 12 - Part IV- Types of products and technologies for military or police purposes -WT of the Annex to the Regulation;

- trade in types of ammunition (without filling withexplosives) specified in sec. 13-30 of Part III - Types of weapons andammunition - BA - of the Annex to the Regulation;

- trade in products for military or police purposesspecified in items: WT II - WT XII, XIII sec. 1 - 2 and WT XIV sec. 1 -4 and sec. 8 - 12 - Part IV - Types of products and technologies formilitary or police purposes - WT of the Annex to the Regulation;

- trade in technology for military or police purposesspecified in item WT XIII sec. 3 - 4 - Part IV - Types of products andtechnologies for military or police purposes - WT of the Annex to theRegulation.

The concession was granted for 50 years.

Thanks to the obtained concession, the Issuer will beable to implement a development strategy, responding to the growingdemand of the defense sector.
