Report Content TheManagement Board of Agora S.A. with its registered seat in Warsaw(_quot;Company_quot;, "Agora") hereby informs that on June 28, 2024, the AnnualGeneral Meeting of Agora adopted a resolution on dismissal of Mr. TomaszKarusewicz form the composition of the Supervisory Board.

Thereasons of the dismissal were not stated.

Onthe same day, the Annual General Meeting adopted a resolution onappointment of Mr. Jacek Levernes aa Member of the Supervisory Board.

Memberof the Supervisory Board Jacek Levernes was appointed was pointed inaccordance with§18.3 of the CompanyStatutes for a 3-year joint term of office and his mandate will expireas from the date of the General Meeting of the Company which willapprove the financial statement for 2025.

Jacek Levernes is a Senior Advisor at the BostonConsulting Group, co-funder and honorary president of ABSL in Poland,president of ABSL I Brussels, member of Business Council (RadaPrzedsiębiorczości), Chairman of the Supervisory Board ofICTSI Poland and Non-Executive Director at Skanska CommercialDevelopment Europe.

Mr. Jacek Levernes has been associated with BostonConsulting Group since the spring of 1999. Formerly, he has been i.a.head of Finteco Holding (Luxembourg), worked for 10 years at HP (asmanaging director and vice-president for EMEA), and worked for 7 yearsat Baxter International (as strategy and development director forECEMEA).

Mr. Jacek Levernes is not listed in the Registry ofInsolvent Debtors, kept on the basis of the Act on the National CourtRegistry and does not participate as a board member of other competitiveentity or the shareholder of competitive entity or of otherlegal/capital entity.
