Przemysław Jastrzębski

Przemysław Jastrzębski is a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics with a Master's degree in Finance and Banking. Manager with many years of experience in corporate finance management, capital raising and financing for growth and M&A transactions.

In years 2003-2005 he worked in the Ministry of State Treasury at advisory and analytical positions.

He has several years of experience in the area of investment and corporate banking. Having worked in managerial and director positions at leading financial institutions in Poland (brokerage house Centralny Dom Maklerski PEKAO S.A. 2005-2007 and Santander Bank Polska S.A. 2007-2019) he carried out numerous IPO/SPO transactions on the Warsaw Stock Exchange and M&A transactions for companies from different branches with a total value of approx. PLN 10 billion.

From 2020 he held the positions of advisor and financial director in companies from IT, real estate and hotel sectors.

Currently (until July 14, 2024) he is the Financial Director in Polaris Hospitality Enterprises Sp. z o.o. (owner and operator of DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Conference Centre Warsaw) and Financial Director in Polaris Development Sp. z o.o. (residential developer).

Since April 2024 he has been the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Agencja Rozwoju Przemysłu S.A. (Industrial Development Agency).

Przemysław Jastrzębski has stated that as at the date of his appointment to the Management Board his activities outside PGE will not be competitive in relation to activities of the Company and that he will not be participating in a competitive company as a partner in a partnership, in a civil partnership or as a member of body of a capital association, and he will not be participating in other competitive legal person as a member of its body.

Przemysław Jastrzębski has also stated that he is not registered in Register of Insolvent Debtors, being kept on the ground of Act on National Court Register dated August 20, 1997 (Dziennik Ustaw of 2019, item 1500 as amended).
