Report Content Submission of a candidate to the Supervisory Board of Alior Bank S.A.
In reference to the current report no 26/2024, from June 19, 2024, theManagement Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;) hereby informs that on July15, 2024, the Bank received from the Shareholder - Powszechny ZakładUbezpieczeń Spółka Akcyjna with its registered office in Warsaw("Shareholder"), in connection with the Extraordinary General Meetingconvened on July 17, 2024, a submission of the candidacy of Mr. RobertPusz for a Member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank.
Mr. Robert Pusz has agreed to be a candidate for the Supervisory Boardof the Bank.
At the same time, the Shareholder informed that they made the initialappraisal as to the suitability of the candidate to become a member ofthe Bank's Supervisory Board.
Appraisal of the suitability was carried out on the basis of thedocuments concerning the candidate provided to the Shareholder and thedeclaration submitted by him, as well as based on, i.a, of analysis ofthe requirements resulting from generally applicable legal provisions,including in particular the requirements referred to in art. 22aa of theAct of August 29, 1997 - Banking Law (the _quot;Act_quot;), and the suitabilityrequirements referred in the Policy of selection and suitabilityassessment of Supervisory Board Members of Alior Bank S.A. implementedat the Bank (_quot;Policy_quot;).
As a result of the appraisal, the Shareholder declared that thecandidate meets the requirements referred to in Art. 22aa of the Act andthe suitability requirements referred to in the Policy.

Legal basis: § 19 para 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance ofMarch 29, 2018, on current and periodic information published by issuersof securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state.
