Dear Dr Dietl,

In response to your request submitted during the Ordinary General Meeting of the Warsaw Stock Exchange ("GPW") on 11 July 2024, pursuant to Article 428 § 2 of the Code of Commercial Companies, we wish to clarify as follows.

The results of the completed and ongoing analyses and audits of GPW's affairs under review by the Exchange Supervisory Board, which formed the basis for the recommendation of the Exchange Supervisory Board to the General Meeting with regard to the vote of discharge of duties for the function you performed in 2023, are GPW's company secret and may not be disclosed.

Furthermore, please be aware that GPW's General Meeting adopts resolutions by the required majority of votes, and it may but does not have to follow the recommendation issued by the Exchange Supervisory Board on a particular matter.
