The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. ("the Company") announcesthat on 6 August 2024 the Supervisory Board of the Company adopted aresolution on the appointment of Iga Dorota Lis as of 1 September 2024to the Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. as Vice President(International Assets) of the 11th term Management Board of KGHM PolskaMiedź S.A.

Information on the appointed Member of the Management Board, as requiredby the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 regardingcurrent and periodic information published by issuers of securities andconditions for recognising as equivalent information required by thelaws of a non-member state, the Company will provide at a later date inthe form of an individual current report.
