Report Content Correction to the current report no 40/2024 of 28 June 2024

The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seat inWarsaw (the _#8216;Company') hereby present a correction, due to a mistake, tothe current report no 40/2024 of 28 June 2024 (hereinafter, the_#8216;Report'). In the Report an incorrect shareholder name was indicated.Instead of Benefit Invest 1 Company, Mr. James Van Bergh was erroneouslyindicated.

Below, the Company presents the correct version of the current report:

"The Management Board of Benefit Systems S.A. with its registered seatin Warsaw (hereinafter, the "Company"), hereby provides the list of theshareholders holding at least 5% of the number of votes at the ordinarygeneral meeting of the Company held on 28 June 2024 ("General Meeting"):

1) Benefit Invest 1 Company - 453,691 shares representing 453,691 votesat the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at theGeneral Meeting on 28 June 2024: 23.57%; percentage share in the totalnumber of votes: 15.34%;

2) Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 293,000 sharesrepresenting 293,000 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share inthe number of votes at the General Meeting on 28 June 2024: 15.22%;percentage share in the total number of votes: 9.90%;

3) Allianz Polska Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 276,290 sharesrepresenting 276,290 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share inthe number of votes at the General Meeting on 28 June 2024: 14.36%;percentage share in the total number of votes: 9.34%;

4) Generali Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny - 220,059 shares representing220,059 votes at the General Meeting; percentage share in the number ofvotes at the General Meeting on 28 June 2024: 11.43%; percentage sharein the total number of votes: 7.44%;

5) Fundacja Drzewo i Jutro - 208,497 shares representing 208,497 votesat the General Meeting; percentage share in the number of votes at theGeneral Meeting on 28 June 2024: 10.83%; percentage share in the totalnumber of votes: 7.05%."
