Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A.("Company", "Issuer") herebyinforms that on 21st of August 2024, the Company has received anotifications from Mr. Thomas Onstad - Member of the Supervisory Boardof the Company and a person closely related to him - Nemus Holding AB,pursuant to Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation, on transactionsconcluded on 19th and 20th of August 2024 on Company's shares.

The content of the notifications is provided by the Company in theattachment.
