Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A.("Company", "Issuer") herebyinforms that on 22nd of August 2024, the Company has received anotifications from Nemus Holding AB a person closely related to Memberof the Supervisory Board of the Company - Mr. Thomas Onstad, pursuant toArticle 19(1) of the MAR Regulation, on transactions concluded on 21stof August 2024 on Company's shares.
