The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;, "Company") herebyinforms of receipt of a notice submitted to the Bank by GeneraliPowszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. (_quot;Generali_quot;) managing GeneraliOtwarty Fundusz Emerytalny (_quot;Generali OFE_quot;) and Generali DobrowolnyFundusz Emerytalny (_quot;Generali DFE_quot;) informing about the reduction of theFunds' share in the total number of votes in the Bank below thethreshold of 5% of the total number of votes.

Before the change:

In total, Generali OFE and Generali DFE held 6,585,316 shares,representing 5.04% of the Company's share capital, and 6,585,316 votesat the General Meeting of the Company, representing 5.04% of the totalnumber of votes.

Of this, Generali OFE held 6,568,535 shares, representing 5.03% of theCompany's share capital, and 6,568,535 votes at the General Meeting ofthe Company, representing 5.03% of the total number of votes.

After the change:

The Funds Generali OFE and Generali DFE held a total of 6,520,316shares, representing 4.99% of the share capital of the Company, and6,520,316 votes at the General Meeting of the Company, representing4.99% of the total number of votes.

Of this, Generali OFE held 6,503,535 shares, representing 4.98% of theCompany's share capital, and 6,503,535 votes at the General Meeting ofthe Company, representing 4.98% of the total number of votes.

There are no subsidiaries of Fund holding shares in the Company, andthere are no persons referred to in Art. 87 sec. 1 point 3 letter c ofthe Act.

The number of votes attached to shares, calculated in the mannerspecified in Art. 69b sec. 2 of the Act, which Fund would be entitled orobliged to acquire as the holder of financial instruments referred to inArt. 69b sec. 1 point 1 of the Act, and financial instruments referredto in Art. 69b sec. 1 point 2 of the Act, which are not performed solelyby cash settlement, is zero.

The number of votes attached to shares, calculated in the mannerspecified in Art. 69b sec. 3 of the Act to which the financialinstruments referred to in Art. 69b sec. 1 point 2 of the Act is zero.

The total number of votes calculated in accordance with Art. 69 sec. 4point 9 is 6,520,316, which constitutes 4.99% of the total number ofvotes.
