Report Content Changes in the composition of the Management Board of Alior Bank S.A.

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;) hereby informs that onAugust 30, 2024, the Supervisory Board of the Bank adopted theresolution to recall Mr. Radomir Gibała from the position of theVice-President of the Bank's Management Board and from the compositionof Management Board of the Bank as of August 31, 2024.

The Bank's Supervisory Board expressed gratitude to Mr. Radomir Gibałafor his commitment and contribution to the development of the Bank'smarket position.

Moreover, the Bank's Supervisory Board assigned Mr. Zdzisław Wojtera -Vice President of the Bank's Management Board to manage the work of theBank's Management Board during the period from September 1, 2024 toDecember 31, 2024.

In accordance with the resolution of the Bank's Supervisory Board ofAugust 1, 2024 as referred to in the current report No. 35/2024 ofAugust 1, 2024, the work of the Bank's Management Board will be managedby Mr. Piotr Żabski from January 1, 2025.

A biographical note of Mr. Zdzisław Wojtera were published by the Bankin the current report No. 35/2024 on August 1, 2024.
