Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A.("Company", "Issuer") herebyinforms that on 30th of August 2024, the Company received a notificationpursuant to Art. 69 section 2 point 2 of the Act of July 29, 2005 onpublic offering and conditions for introducing financial instruments toorganized trading and on public companies (Journal of Laws 2024, item620) from the shareholder Mr. Thomas Onstad in connection with a changein the ownership of the Company's shares by a subsidiary of NemusHolding AB.
