The Management Board of Archicom S.A., with itsregistered office in Wrocław (the _quot;Company_quot;) informsthat on [_#9679;] August 2024, thePolish Financial Supervision Authority approved the prospectus of theCompany prepared in connection with the Company's planned applicationfor admission and introduction to trading on the regulated market(parallel market) operated by the Warsaw Stock Exchange S.A. (the _quot;WSE_quot;)of 22,825,700 ordinary bearer series C1, C2, C3, C4 and C5 shares with anominal value of PLN 10.00 each, including: (i) 3,892,568 ordinarybearer series C1 shares; (ii) 4,671,081 ordinary bearer series C2shares; (iii) 5,605,298 ordinary bearer series C3 shares; (iv) 6,726,357ordinary bearer series C4 shares; and (v) 1,930,396 ordinary bearerseries C5 shares (the _quot;Shares_quot;) (the _quot;Prospectus_quot;).On the same date, the Company published the Prospectus on its website(https://www.archicom.pl/o-archicom/relacje-inwestorskie/lad-korporacyjny)under "Prospectus 2024".]

In addition, on 30 August 2024, the Company appliedto the WSE for the introduction of the Shares on the parallel marketoperated by the WSE following the assimilation of the Shares in theNational Depository for Securities S.A. (the _quot;NDS_quot;). On thesame day, the Company submitted the relevant application to the NDS forthe assimilation of the securities, designating the Shares (currentlyidentified in the NDS under ISIN code: _quot;PLARHCM00164_quot;) as securities tobe assimilated under ISIN code: _quot;PLARHCM00016_quot; (currently, the indicatedISIN code covers 23,355,409 shares in the Company traded on the parallelmarket operated by the WSE).

In accordance with the contents of the aforementionedapplications, the proposed date of assimilation, which is also theproposed date of the introduction of the Shares on the parallel marketoperated by the WSE, has been set at 10 September 2024.
