Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A.("Company", "Issuer") herebyinforms that on 5th of September 2024, the Company has received anotification from Mr. Thomas Onstad - Member of the Supervisory Board ofthe Company and a person closely related to him - Nemus Holding AB,pursuant to Article 19(1) of the MAR Regulation, on transactionsconcluded on 4th of September 2024 on Company's shares.
