With reference to current report No. 30/2024 of 30August 2024, the Management Board of Archicom S.A., with its registeredoffice in Wrocław (the _quot;Company_quot;) informs that byResolution No. 1113/2024 dated 10 September 2024 on the admission andintroduction to trading on the WSE Main Market of ordinary series C1-C5bearer shares in Archicom S.A., the Management Board of the Warsaw StockExchange:

1/ declared that 3,892,568 (three million, eighthundred and ninety-two thousand, five hundred and sixty-eight) ordinarybearer series C1 shares, 4,671,081 (four million, six hundred andseventy-one thousand and eighty-one) ordinary bearer series C2 shares,5,605,298 (five million, six hundred and five thousand, two hundred andninety-eight) ordinary bearer series C3 shares, 6,726,357 (six million,seven hundred and twenty-six thousand, three hundred and fifty-seven)ordinary bearer series C4 shares, 1,930,396 (one million, nine hundredand thirty thousand, three hundred and ninety-six) ordinary bearerseries C5 shares in Archicom S.A. with a nominal value of PLN 10 (tenzlotys) each (the "Shares"), are admitted to trading on theparallel market.

2/ resolved to introduce the Shares in the Company totrading on the parallel market as of 16 September 2024, provided thatNational Depository for Securities S.A. assimilates these Shares as of16 September 2024 with the Company's shares traded on the stock marketbearing the ISIN code _quot;PLARHCM00016_quot;.

Specific legal basis: §17(1)(2) and (5) of theRegulation of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018 on current andperiodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditionsfor recognising as equivalent information required under applicablelegal regulations of a non-member state.
