The Management Board of XTPL S.A. [_quot;Issuer_quot;, _quot;Company_quot;, _quot;XTPL_quot;]announces that on 17 September 2024, the Company confirmed an orderplaced by University in the Northeast region of the, USA [_quot;Customer_quot;]for the delivery of a Delta Printing System [_quot;DPS_quot;] device. The DPSdevice will be used for research and development projects in the fieldof semiconductor packaging technologies.

This is the second transaction concluded as a result of the activitiesof the subsidiary XTPL Inc. based in Boston, USA [_quot;XTPL Inc._quot;], whichwill also handle the transaction operationally. The opening of XTPLInc.'s Boston office is part of the Company's strategy adopted inNovember 2023 (CR No. 54/2023 dated 22 November 2023).

Revenues generated from the current device order will have a positiveimpact on XTPL S.A.'s financial results achieved in 2024.

The Issuer's Management Board considered the sale of the DPS device to asignificant market to be confidential information, as its realizationmay have a significant impact on the Issuer's future revenue situation,the popularization of the Company's technological solutions, as well asthe perspective of investors' perception of the Issuer.
