Report Content Approval of the base prospectus relating to up to PLN 5,000,000,000 bankstructured securities issue program

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. with its registered office inWarsaw (the "Bank") informs that on October 17, 2024 the PolishFinancial Supervision Authority approved the Bank's base prospectus (the"Prospectus") drawn up in connection with:

1. the bank structured securities issue program that the Bankestablished (the "Structured Securities") where the Bank's maximumindebtedness under the issued and outstanding Structured Securitiesshall not exceed PLN 5,000,000,000 and the Bank's intention to carry outthe public offerings of the Structured Securities in the territory ofthe Republic of Poland; and

2. in the case of certain series of the Structured Securities that theBank may select, the Bank's intention to ask for submission andintroduction thereof to trading on a regulated market operated by GiełdaPapierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (Warsaw Stock Exchange).

The Bank may decide not to ask for submission and introduction ofcertain series of the Structured Securities to trading on a regulatedmarket. Information whether the Bank will ask for submission andintroduction of the given series of the Structured Securities to tradingon a regulated market will be included in the final terms for suchseries of the Structured Securities.

The nominal value of one Structured Security and the final maximumamount of the Structured Securities offered in the given series will bespecified in the final terms for such series of the StructuredSecurities.

The Prospectus will be published on October 21, 2024 on the Bank'swebsite: www.aliorbank.pl.
