Content of the report: The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;)hereby informs that on November 6, 2024, Mr. Jarosław Mastalerz,resigned from the mandate of a member of the Supervisory Board of theBank, position as a member of the Supervisory Board of the Bank and theposition of the chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Bank, effectiveend of November 6, 2024. The reason for Mr. Jarosław Mastalerz'sresignation is his other professional duties within the PZU SA CapitalGroup.

The Management Board of the Bank would like to express theirappreciation to Mr. Jarosław Mastalerz for his contribution andcommitment to work for the Bank.
