Report Content The Management Board of of Red Square Games S.A. with its registeredoffice in Cracow [the Issuer, the Company] informs that on 5th November2024 a license agreement was signed with its new partner, Asmodee withits registered office in Guyancourt, France, an entertainment leader andinternational publisher and distributor of board games with an extensivenetwork of studios and IP catalog. The Red Square Games team willdevelop a digitized version of a world-renowned board game from the richAsmodee portfolio of games. The game will be announced in a separateraport ESPI.

The Issuer considers the above information significant due to the factthat, in the Issuer's opinion, the commencement of work on the newproject and the signing of the agreement with Asmodee may have apositive impact on the Issuer's future financial result.
