Report Content Signing of an annex to the term loan agreement with Bank GospodarstwaKrajowego

With reference to the current report no. 38/2023 of November 28, 2023the Management Board of PGE Polska Grupa Energetyczna S.A. informs thatan annex to the term loan agreement with Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego("BGK") was signed on November 20, 2024.

As a result of the annex the amount of the loan was increased from PLN 2500 million to PLN 3 900 million and the financing period has beenextended from maximum of 8 years to maximum of 12 years. The finalmaturity date was set at December 20, 2036. In addition the annexintroduces possibility to use the financing in EUR currency on thefloating interest rate based on the relevant EURIBOR rate (referencerate) plus margin.

After signing the above mentioned annex, total debt resulting from theterm loans from BGK may amount to no more than PLN 4.62 billion whilethe total debt resulting from all loan agreements with BGK may amount tono more than PLN 7.52 billion.
