Pursuantto art. 5, item 5 of the Decree of the Minister of Finance of 29 March2018 on current and periodic information provided by issuers ofsecurities and conditions for recognising as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state, the Management Board ofOrange Polska S.A. ("Orange Polska", _quot;Company_quot;)informsabout appointment of person supervising Orange Polska.

On21 November 2024, the Extraordinary General Meeting appointed EtienneVincens de Tapol to the Supervisory Board.Theappointment was made in consequence of the fact that at theExtraordinary General Meeting of Orange Polska S.A., held on 21 November2024, the mandate of Etienne Vincens de Tapol as a member of theSupervisory Board of Orange Polska S.A. expired. Mr. de Tapol wasinitially appointed to the Supervisory Board of Orange Polska S.A. bythe Supervisory Board of the Company on 19 July 2024, in accordance with§ 19 section 8 of the Company's Articles of Association.

EtienneVincens de Tapol(born in 1973) is currently serving as the Chief Financial _amp; StrategyOfficer at Orange Europe since July 2024. He oversees finance, strategy,business development, audit _amp; control, and transformational initiativesacross multiple European markets.

Hiscareer includes key executive roles such as Chief Strategy Officer atOrange France, where he led financial and infrastructure strategies, andChief IT Officer (CIO) and Deputy Chief Technical Officer (CTO) atOrange Jordan, where he rolled-out Mobile and FttH networks. Hisexpertise extends to procurement, having served as Senior VP at BuyIn,the procurement JV of Deutsche Telekom and Orange.Etienneholds a Master Degree in International Purchasing from Bordeaux KedgeBusiness School and an engineering degree in biotechnologies. He joinedthe Orange Group in 1998 at Cofratel (now part of Orange DirectionEnterprise France).

Accordingto his statement, Etienne Vincens de Tapol is not engaged in anyactivities competitive to the business of Orange Polska and is not apartner in any partnership under civil law or another type ofpartnership, or a member of a governing body of any incorporated companyor any other legal entity which would be competitive to Orange Polska.Etienne Vincens de Tapol is not listed in the Register of InsolventDebtors maintained pursuant to the National Court Register Act.
