(the "Company") hereby announces that, that today itreceived information that on November 25, 2024, the District Court forthe Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XVIII Commercial Division,approved the arrangement in the proceedings for approval of thearrangement. In connection with the filing of a bankruptcy applicationagainst the Issuer on October 10, 2024, the Management Board of theCompany plans to file a petition to annul the arrangement in the comingdays.
