Report Content Dates of publication of periodic reports in 2025

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. ("Bank") hereby publishes thedates of periodic reports in 2025:

? March 4, 2025 - Separate Annual Report of the Bank for the year endedDecember 31, 2024 and Consolidated Annual Report of the Bank's CapitalGroup for the year ended December 31, 2024,

? April 25, 2025 - Consolidated Quarterly Report of the Bank's CapitalGroup for Q1 of 2025,

? August 6, 2025 - Consolidated Semi-Annual Report for H1 of 2025,

? October 28, 2025 - Consolidated Quarterly Report of the Bank's CapitalGroup for Q3 of 2025.

The Management Board of the Bank hereby states that:

? in accordance with § 79 (2) of the Regulation the Bank will not submitthe separate quarterly report for Q4 of 2024 and the consolidatedquarterly report for Q2 of 2025;

? in accordance with § 62 (1) of the Regulation the Bank will not submitseparate quarterly reports and consolidated quarterly reports willcontain quarterly financial information of the Parent Company;

? consolidated semi-annual report for H1 of 2025 will containsemi-annual condensed separate financial statements based on, in thescope and in accordance with the § 62 (3) and (5) of the Regulation.

Legal basis: § 80 (1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance ofMarch 29th, 2018, on current and periodic information published byissuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalentinformation required by the laws of a non-member state.
