Report Content Changes in the composition of the Management Board of Alior Bank S.A.

The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (_quot;Bank_quot;) hereby informs that onDecember 19, 2024, the Supervisory Board of the Bank adopted theresolution to recall Mr. Tomasz Miklas from the position of theVice-President of the Bank's Management Board and from the compositionof the Management Board of the Bank as of December 19, 2024.

The Bank's Supervisory Board expressed gratitude to Mr. Tomasz Miklasfor his commitment and contribution to the development of the Bank'smarket position.

In addition, the Bank's Supervisory Board adopted a resolution toentrust the Vice-President of the Bank's Management Board, Mr. MarcinCiszewski, subject to obtaining the relevant consent of the PolishFinancial Supervision Authority and as of the date of issuing thisconsent, to perform the function of the Vice-President of the Bank'sManagement Board supervising the management of risk material to theBank's operations.

The Bank's Supervisory Board entrusted the Bank's Management Board,acting collectively, with the responsibility of supervising themanagement of risk material to the Bank's operations, until the consentof the Polish Financial Supervision Authority to entrust Mr. MarcinCiszewski with the function of the Vice-President of the Bank'sManagement Board supervising the management of risk material to theBank's operations.

Legal basis: § 5 section 4) of the Regulation of the Minister of Financeof March 29, 2018, on current and periodic information published byissuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalentinformation required by the laws of a non-member state.
