Description of the event

Merger of PCC Chemicals GmbH onto PCC SE by transfer and assumption of all rights and obligations.

Prior to the merger PCC Chemicals (100% held by PCC SE) hold the above mentioned shares directly in PCC Exol SA, after the merger PCC SE helds the above mentioned shares directly in PCC Exol SA. PCC Chemicals ceased to exist.

Mr Waldemar Presussner helds 100% in PCC SE and hence indirectly the above mentioned shares in PCC Exol SA. (prior and after the merger)
