Report Content Proposal of a candidate to the Supervisory Board of the Company by ashareholder

The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. ("the Company") announcesthat on 2 January 2025 the Company received information fromNationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A., acting onbehalf of the shareholder - Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty FunduszEmerytalny, that Joanna Zakrzewska will be proposed as a candidate foran independent member of the Supervisory Board of the Company at theExtraordinary General Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. convened for 8January 2025.

Moreover, the Company hereby provides attached the candidate's curriculavitae in order to enable the shareholders to familiarise themselves withit before the Extraordinary General Meeting of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.

Legal basis: § 19 sec 1 point 2 of the Decree of the Minister of Financedated 29 March 2018 regarding current and periodic information publishedby issuers of securities and conditions for recognising as equivalentinformation required by the laws of a non-member state.
