Report Content Publication dates of periodic reports in 2025The ManagementBoard of Ten Square Games S.A., based in Wrocław, "the Company", informsthat in accordance with § 80(1) of the Regulation of the Minister ofFinance of 29 March 2018 on current and periodic information provided byissuers of securities and the conditions for recognising as equivalentinformation required by the laws of a non-member state ("theRegulation"), the dates for the publication of periodic reports in 2025will be as follows:1.Periodic report for 2024:- Standaloneand consolidated annual report for 2024 - 24 March 2025.2.Periodicreports for 2025:- Consolidated quarterly report for Q1 2025 - 19May 2025.- Consolidated semi-annual report for H1 2025 - 25 August2025.- Consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2025 - 12 November 2025.Atthe same time, the Management Board of the Company informs that pursuantto § 79 section 2 of the Regulation, the Company will not publishquarterly reports for the fourth quarter of 2024 and for the secondquarter of 2025.Furthermore, pursuant to § 62 sections 1 and 3 ofthe Regulation, the Company informs that the consolidated quarterly andsemi-annual reports will include quarterly and semi-annual condensedstandalone financial statements, respectively. Thus, the Company willnot publish separate standalone quarterly reports and a separatestandalone semi-annual report.
