The Management Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. ("the Company") herebyannounces that on 8 January 2025, the Extraordinary General Meeting ofKGHM Polska Miedź S.A. appointed Joanna Zakrzewska to the composition ofthe Supervisory Board of KGHM Polska Miedź S.A.
Information on the appointed Member of the Supervisory Board, asrequired by the Decree of the Minister of Finance dated 29 March 2018regarding current and periodic information published by issuers ofsecurities and conditions for recognising as equivalent informationrequired by the laws of a non-member state, will be provided by theCompany at a later date in the form of an individual regulatory filing.
